The Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in overseeing our café and food outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a passion for sustainability. The Ideal Candidate We’re searching for a hospitality professional with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. • Proven Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food and beverage operations. • Exceptional Customer Service: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Organised and Proactive: Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. • Knowledgeable: Familiarity with food safety practices and hospitality operations. • Certified: Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certifications (or willingness to obtain). • Passionate: A commitment to sustainability and wildlife conservation is highly desirable. • Pre-Employment Requirements: Must comply with the CaPTA Group’s Drug and Alcohol Policy, including passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
