Four Mile Beach is fantastic from whatever angle you look at it. Picture: Bryan Littlely

It is the stretch of white sand Port Douglas is known for, our favourite Four Miles of paradise and the place people flock to for walks, yoga on the beach and just to say they’ve been there.

No matter the season, Four Mile Beach is a drawcard for Douglas and it looks as good from any angle, almost any time of the year.

We’ve take a quick look at Four Mile a lofty height… a bird’s eye view, streaming in from the south and racing towards Flagstaff Hill along the white sands and breaking waves as a part of our Douglas by Drone series.

Hope you enjoy it.

If you have some photography or drone footage you would like to share with a wider audience, we’d love to post it on Newsport and have you tell the story of why you love it. You can message us at [email protected]
