In a year marked by adversity, the real estate market in our town has proven resilient, with one local agency earning an accolade that not only elevates its own status but also puts a spotlight on Port Douglas. Recently announced as an Alan White Elite Business Leader, Ray White Port Douglas is in the top 3% of all Ray White offices in the country, showing that people aren’t just still visiting the area, they’re investing in it.

An Alan White Elite Business Leader designation is awarded based on total sales, client reviews, and market share for a Ray White office and is recognised throughout the company Australia-wide. Ray White Port Douglas Selling Principal, Mark Flinn, says it’s not just a proud moment for his team but the region as well.

“This is an amazing achievement for our team and recognises their unparalleled customer care, efforts to exceed expectations and passion to service our vibrant community,” he said. “But more than that it proves that this beautiful piece of paradise is firmly on the real estate market map.”

Flurries of open homes and a number of exciting developments on the go show there is no shortage of activity in the Douglas Shire and Ray White Port Douglas is part of it.

Since opening its doors three years ago, Mr Flinn said it’s his team's ability to adapt to the ever changing market that attributes to their success. “It’s been a dynamic few years in real estate but our dedicated team have continued to learn, develop and make authentic connections with our clients who have ultimately become our biggest advocates.”

More than just a title, becoming an Alan White Elite Business Leader, gets the Port Douglas agency on the walls of “The Shed”, an iconic building where the Ray White story all began. “Our office has now been added to the history books, which is pretty cool for us,” Mr Flinn said.
