The festive spirit is alive and well at Cairns Surf Club - Palm Cove, with a lineup of holiday events designed to bring joy to both locals and visitors. This year’s schedule promises a variety of celebrations, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The holiday festivities kicked off with a Sip and Paint Night on November 30, with Jessica Lynn Artist and live music by Nicole Nighthawk. Complementing the creative vibe is a pop-up gin cocktail bar, providing a relaxed and artistic start to the season.

For families, the Kids Christmas Party on December 7 is a must-attend. Children will have the chance to meet Santa, enjoy face painting, and revel in the cheerful atmosphere, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Adults can look forward to the Members’ Christmas Party on December 19, with exciting prize giveaways and camaraderie among the local community. According to the event organizer, “This is our way of saying thank you to our members for their continued support throughout the year.”

On December 24, the Garden Bar Christmas Party offers a chance to wind down before the big day, combining the scenic beauty of Palm Cove with great food, drinks, and a festive atmosphere.

The celebrations culminate on New Year’s Eve with a spectacular evening featuring live music by Dr Elephant. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the fireworks from the club's balcony, making it a perfect spot to welcome 2025. “Palm Cove’s charm really shines on New Year’s Eve,” says Emma Clarke, a regular attendee. “There’s nothing quite like it.”

This holiday season, make Cairns Surf Club - Palm Cove your destination for festive cheer and unforgettable experiences.
