2.50PM: UPDATED: TMR has advised the Captain Cook Highway has fully reopened near Turtle Cove after an earlier closure due to a truck breakdown in the area.

1.49PM: TMR advised just moments ago advised the Captain Cook Highway is currently blocked in both directions near Turtle Rock following reports of a broken down truck.
It’s unknown what caused the breakdown or how long the section of road will be closed for.
