Recognising that property management demands personalised approaches, Ray White Port Douglas, in collaboration with the Ray White Group, has unveiled a state-of-the-art in-house technology system catered for investors and tenants.

With the new app, available for free, investors can easily connect, access funds anytime - not just at the end of the month - and choose how to handle expenses.

Emily Doolah, Property Manager at Ray White, emphasised the importance of catering to individual owners.

“Property management shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all, every owner is different,” Ms Doolah said. “It is much more than finding tenants, collecting rent, and fixing broken dishwashers.”

Enhancing client experience

Principal Mark Flinn highlighted the goal of turning a home into a great investment.

“That is why we have invested in the best team and technology to give our clients more,” he said.

“It means a greater level of care, attention and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

“Tenants enjoy fast payment options, easy bills, and effortless communication with our team and this is all available anywhere and anytime via their mobile phone.

“The in-app chat and direct emails help our team communicate more responsively and proactively, so investors and tenants can stay up-to-date and resolve any issues faster.

“Unprecedented visibility means no surprises, users can see when rent is paid, upcoming bills and investors see the financial performance of their property in real-time to help them track cash flow anytime, anywhere.”

Satisfied users

Tenants and investors have shared their positive experiences with the new system, highlighting the convenience it brings by eliminating the need to sift through emails, voicemails, or text messages.

Amanda W, a property investor, emphasised the value of having access to the app, stating, “Being connected through the app keeps us all on the same page”.

Tamara B, a tenant, praised the user-friendly nature of the app, saying, “It's fantastic, easy to navigate and offers multiple ways to handle rent payments”.

Another property investor commended the app's effectiveness in property management.

“It's proven to be an invaluable tool for tracking our property. From keeping tabs on upcoming bills to checking real-time updates and paid trades invoices, the app benefits both the management team and property owners. The Live Chat and Support feature is an added bonus.”

To celebrate the new world of property management Ray White Port Douglas is welcoming  new investors with a $100 eftpos gift card when joining their tailored service.
