Bring on your best Great Barrier Reef snap
Photo Comp

The miraculous world of the Great Barrier Reef lends itself for the most breathtaking pictures. Whether it is from underwater, from a boat or from the sky, we are looking for your best captured Reef memory.
Started on the first day of January, this month’s round of the Newsport photo competition is all about “The Reef”.
Situated right on the doorstep of the Great Barrier Reef, our Shire makes for the perfect gateway to explore this spectacular natural world wonder - and most of all - to capture it.
Readers will have the opportunity to submit their Reef photographs until 27 January 2023.
On the first day of February a new round will start with a brand new theme, which will be announced on the day.
So bring on those colourful coral, funny fish or stunning sandbank pictures and who knows your this month’s winner!
Tag us on Instagram: @newsport.daily and have a chance at winning one of the following prizes:
People’s choice winner: The post with the most likes on our Instagram page will win a voucher of $50 for professional photography classes with Tracey Jones.
