ANZAC DAY 2021
Rain couldn't dampen the Anzac spirit as huge crowds turned out across the Douglas Shire to commemorate Anzac Day 2021 for the first time in two years after 2020 services were cancelled due to the pandemic.
In Port Douglas, hundreds filled the streets for the annual parade leading to the Cenotaph at the bottom of Macrossan Street.
Mossman and Cow Bay also held moving dawn services.
