In what potentially looms as the most conclusive evidence yet a Newsport reader has captured video footage of what, on first glances, could pass as an oversized feral or 'big cat', that some say roams the rainforests of our beautiful shire.
In a high quality video obtained by Newsport that was taken in the early hours of September 3 last year a cat like creature is filmed unwittingly snooping around for food, before vanishing off into the darkness on a property near Julatten.
This cat is muscular in size, and has a unique curly tail.
